I have been and educator in the Hardin County School District for 33 years and recently retired July 1, 2016. I served as teacher, Director of Early Childhood Education and was proud to serve as the superintendent for 10 years. My love for learning and personal mission of adding value to the lives of others continues to be fulfilled through my new role as a leadership development coach. I am able to fulfill that passion as the Director of Superintendent Effectiveness and work with Process Improvement for Performance Excellence (PIPE) for KASA and as an Evidence-Based Leadership Coach for Studer Education (a partner with KASA). The flexibility of this "somewhat" part time journey allows me to pursue other interests to include bike riding, golfing and especially enjoying time with family and friends.
