I have been and educator in the Hardin County School District for 35 years and retired June 30, 2016. I served as a teaching assistant, teacher, Director of Early Childhood Education and was proud to serve as the superintendent for 10 years. My love for learning and personal mission of adding value to the lives of others continues to be fulfilled through my role as a leadership development coach. I am able to fulfill that passion through KASA as the Director of faculty and curriculum for the New Superintendent Program and Coordinator of Mentor Services for Kentucky Women in Education Leadership (KWEL). The flexibility of this part time journey allows me to pursue other interests to include bike riding, golfing and especially enjoying time with family and friends.
