On September 1, 2017, I retired with 30 years experience from the Leslie County School District. On July 1, 2018 I was hired as the new Superintendent of Schools in the same district. I have been a life-long resident of Leslie County, my wife also retired with 30 years experience, however she continues to serve our students as the High School Volleyball Coach. My oldest daughter teaches in the district, and my youngest daughter is just now entering the workforce as an Occupational Therapist. My parents are both retired teachers from Leslie County.
