It is an honor to be chosen the 9th superintendent in Bardstown City Schools 109 years of existence. I was born and raised in this community and am committed to continuing the strong traditions that make BCS a great place for kids.
I served as a school administrator for 14 years, 12 of those as a middle school principal. In 2015 I earned my Doctor of Education degree from the University of Kentucky. I feel very fortunate to have had the all my professional experiences, feeling they have prepared me well for my new role.
I have been married to Beth for over 20 years and have two teenage boys. Soon after getting married, Beth and I purchased our first home in Bardstown and did lots of improvements. We sold it soon after our work and bought our next project. To date, we have purchased and extensively renovated 5 houses in Bardstown.
