After 28 years of working as a High School Mathematics Teacher, Adjunct College Instructor, High School Assistant Principal, Elementary/Middle School (K-8) Principal, Instructional Supervisor, and Assistant Superintendent/Chief Academic Officer, I am excited to be on the staff of the premier organization that supports Kentucky administrators! As Director of Membership, my goal is to support members and to increase engagement in our association. Now, more than ever, it is vital for us to join TOGETHER to highlight the successes of public education and to advocate for its future.
I would describe myself as a Lead Learner who has a desire for continuous growth and improvement. Leadership development and coaching is my professional passion! Through this work, I believe all educators can tap into their strengths to provide optimal learning experiences for students and build capacity of their staff. With experience at all developmental levels (Elementary, Middle, and High School) and by working in a district central office, I can relate to the daily grind and will use these experiences to support administrators, teachers, and students.
