I have been employed in the McCreary County School system since 1993 and have been a coach, teacher, Assistant Principal, Principal and now Director of Transportation. I have kept the scorebook for Basketball, Baseball, Video, as well as a Band Parent. This past year as Principal, our school was Distinguished, a school of Distinction, and ranked 64 of all schools, thanks to are whole staff dedication to see our students Proficient and Distinguished. Working in all these age groups and with peers enhanced two way communication skills and continue to build capacity. Achieving a EdS degree, I am able to work in many different positions. The greatest part is my personal relationship with Christ, for like the potters clay, has shaped me over the years.
